Extremadura Avante offers a wide, competitive and innovative offer of industrial infrastructures for the location of business projects. We promote, manage and commercialize Logistic and Industrial Areas, Business Parks and Industrial Estates throughout Extremadura.
LOGISTICS AND INDUSTRIAL AREAS
We manage and market three large logistics and industrial areas that involve the provision of more than 650 hectares of high-performance industrial land. Equipped with all urban services and with intermodal logistic connections allow the immediate implementation of your project.
INDUSTRIAL AREAS
We promote and market industrial estates adapted to the needs of any business project. We currently have more than 800,000 m² of industrial land in 24 locations in Extremadura. In order to favor an orderly industrial development, the new promotions are developed according to the existing demand.
BUSINESS PARKS
We commercialize industrial warehouses to favor the immediate location of SMEs. Under purchase – sale or rental with option to purchase, it aims to encourage the creation of new business initiatives.
